Dr. Goodrich has overall strategic responsibility for the IDRC and for coordinating development and enhancement of infectious disease research and start-up companies. He also oversees BioMARC, an FDA-inspected bio-manufacturing facility.
He has been awarded more than 50 patents covering technology in transfusion, transplantation medicine and pathogen reduction technology and has co-authored over 200 peer reviewed articles and abstracts.
Dr. Goodrich formerly served as Vice President of Scientific and Clinical Affairs and Chief Scientific Officer, Blood Bank Technologies, for Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies.
